Solid Foundation

Our expansive curriculum covers the art and science of reflexology. The fundamentals of anatomy & physiology incorporated into the reflexology map. 

Full Certification to Practice

Upon completion of the course requirements, our professional training program prepares you to be a certified Reflexologist.

Meets ARCB Exam Prerequisites

If you want to further your qualifications as a Reflexologist, this course meets the classroom hours and course content needed to take the ARCB Exam.

Clinical Practice

Hands on learning is critical for facilitating a quality education. Students practice reflexology in a professional setting. This builds comfort and confidence when working one on one with a client

Kinesthetic Learning

A significant amount of classroom time is tactile learning. Understanding the foot through texture and palpation. We’re learning a new language with our fingers.

The Curriculum

The 300 Hour Reflexology Course is divided into 8 weekend modules, over a span of four months. The in class work is intensive and rigorously paced. Setting a solid foundation, to propel you into your new role as a certified professional reflexologist.

  • Gait and Biomechanics of the lower limb and foot
  • Pathologies of the foot
  • Reflexology: Theories and Principles, Functions and Benefits
  • Mapping of the Feet
  • Relaxation Techniques for the Feet
  • Review Module 1
  • Working Techniques for the Feet
  • Integumentary System – Anatomy and Physiology, location of system reflexes on the foot, and working techniques for the system’s reflexes
  • Musculoskeletal System – Anatomy and Physiology, location of system reflexes on the foot, and working techniques for the system’s reflexes
  • Nervous System – Anatomy and Physiology, location of system reflexes on the foot, and working techniques for the system’s reflexes
  • Review Modules 1 & 2

Emilee creates a plan with you to achieve your goals.

Each Module is $350, and the course is pay-as-you go. We ask for a non-refundable minimum deposit of $100 to reserve your seat in the class. The deposit is credited towards tuition for Module 1. If you enroll in the 300 hour reflexology course today, the balance due at the first class is $250.
